Essential Oil Challenge: Bergamot

    We decided to start an essential oil challenge.  The plan is to choose an essential oil and use it everyday in our daily routine. The first oil we chose is Young Living's Bergamot! 
    Bergamot Oil comes from a type of citrus plant that is a cross between a sour orange and a lemon.  It has a nice, clean citrus smell that makes it popular in many different perfumes, and is one of the reason's we chose to start our challenge with it.  
    Bergamot has many healing properties and is great for uplifting your mood.  Debbie, Tirzah, and I (Wendy) used it everyday for 2 weeks.  We all loved the smell and felt that it was very uplifting and energizing.  I also used it, mixed with coconut oil, for dry cuticles!  We used it with our diffuser Jewelry and our ultra sonic diffusers.
